Description

Formulated for spraying and foaming applications, 264-5 is a resin and halide-free wave solder flux with a unique chemistry and a wide process window. It enhances wetting and prevents bridging during the soldering process.

264-5 offers low surface tension and increased activity levels, and leaves negligible post-process residues that are non-conductive and do not require post-process cleaning.
